Managers are terrible, they micro-manage you at a level that is bad for your mental and physical health. They play blame games on their own team members. This has been the most pathetic company to work for so far. I am only giving 1 star as there is no option for negative rating

High turnover. Smart people who joined within a year have already left the company. In house system is just not fit for growth, and hence the company's growth is restricted. Leadership is as though non-existence. It is run as though like a family business, and hence everything is simply controlled by the founder.
