      Pros

      The operation of Floward in the GCC seems to be a great place to work for in my time interacting with the team based there.

      Not even a proper office to work out of- I’ve seen better quality sheds. A toxic, incompetent manager

      Not a single pro in this company

      Cons

      Running in circles and fire fighting day & night, no wonder why the company doesn't grow in revenues at all for the past few years and that's why they had to postpone IPO cuz their financial health is bad. They can't even plan a season properly cuz most of the employees will leave the company before the next season comes. Highest employee turnover ever (only country managers are the ones that stay cuz they're all very political) HR is useless, following management's orders blindly to keep their jobs
