      Pros

      I love working for this company. Polish people are great. The teaching system online is a bit clunky but fine once you get used to it. There is a chatline with staff to help you all day. They set up an hour or however long is needed to solve your problems.

      Cons

      I live in the UK so the pay of 9.50 an hour for individual and 14.50 for groups is really low. I wish they could pay more and I would definitely go full time there.

      Great for gaining experience and building confidence as a teacher

      Pros

      If you would like to build up experience as a teacher, I believe this school to be a good start in business. Flexible hours to fit your needs, Pre-planned lessons.

      Cons

      The pay is not amazing, it is actually a bit below standards.

      Lots of Potential

      Pros

      -Very friendly and helpful staff -Most students are friendly and motivated -Pre-Built Lessons -Very flexible schedule

      Cons

      -Some students are unreasonable with feedback -The pay is atrocious at 10 dollars an hour which is less than some state minimum wages. -If you want more than 15 hours you have to work early mornings and late nights together which is difficult -Some of the lessons have vocabulary and teaching points that are outdated, unrealistic, or unnatural.
