The company is niche since there are only 3 companies for fluid coupling manufacturing and the targets are order based since it is MTO and the production variation depends on the demand by the clients.
Cons
Organization structure is traditional and needs to be updated, like for example, a factory manager which functions as HR also and sometimes for operations also.
