Busy place to work in

I was targeted by someone trying to damage my career and ended up getting dismissed for a social media post that was completely misinterpreted. The way they treated me during a 4 week investigation was disgusting. My manager agreed and was also too afraid to speak up because of the repercussions I was facing over a naive post. My manager and Head Of still keep in touch and have both helped me find another job - says a lot really doesn't it!! It proves that I was valued and they knew it was a naive post, it's a shame all of it is out of their hands or I can guarantee I'd have just got a warning and they'd have kept me.
