      Pros

      A fully remote and flexible work setup, with the opportunity to work on a growing product in a fast-paced environment. The people are easy to get along with and very helpful.

      Pros

      - Lots of opportunities for growth since there are a lot of different product offerings. - Most colleagues are great and easy to work with - Upper management is very visible and hands-on - Work is fully remote and we have unlimited PTO. Work-life balance is also very much respected. - Free monthly lunches and company merch!

      Cons

      - Most communication is done through Slack and that can cause some things to slip through the cracks - Minimal benefits for non-US employees

      Fully remote work mode, if you really think zero in-person interaction is good for maintaining connection, productivity, and building trust.

      Cons

      Micromanagement from people above you and instant layoffs. Toxic culture and they expect you to work after hours bc it's all remote:)
