Pros
Since Covid FC have opted for a flexible working pattern which has really helped me with my own work/life balance. The team I am involved with in particular is great. We all get on with each other really well and with the rest of the company. Here at FC Compliance doesn't feel like Compliance,. We aim to build a relationship up with our advisers and engage with matters early on to avoid possible negative actions.
Cons
FC did go through a company restructure a couple of years ago which was difficult for many of us to be a part of. However, every company goes through something like this in their life cycle and although it was not what any of us wanted, the company is in a better situation now. I left FC as I was included in the restructure. I would have perhaps stayed there if it wasn't for this and my time away has only made me value the people and the company even more when I returned.
