      A Company never like any other...

      Pros

      I have never in my life come a cross a company that is true and passionate in its core values and it has grown within me after being employed by this amazing company. The compensation is really competitive and the Flymates (Colleagues) are like simply like Work Family. We treat each other with authenticity and respect. A true global company which we all work towards a common goal.

      Cons

      When there are upsides, there will be always downsides. Since the company has been scaling so rapidly, there will be times where you will need to work longer hours out of normal hours and times when it's non-stop and you can't seem to catch a break. It could be a con but Flywire will acknowledge you for your exceeded your performance due to your diligence, perseverance, innovation and execution.

      The people I worked with was one of the best I have ever had in my career

      Cons

      Disappointed after many years they had to let go 10% of the work force but in the end it business.

      Flexible and a culture set to succeed

      Great culture in the UK team. Friendly colleagues and premium products to sell at an established company.

      Cons

      Not many cons. Remote friendly company with most staff not coming in at all. This is a Pro for some and a con for others.
