Good clients that care about their companies and expect quality work. Most employees are earnest and try to deliver based on client expectations.
Cons
Company management has high turnover rates and is very disconnected from both the employees and clients. Work gets oversold without sufficient resource capabilities and capacity considerations. Culture is very bad and is only focused on revenue not the clients or the employees.

In the 8+ years as Focal Point I have seen a lot. I can tell you the latest regime has put a focus on People First. They care about their employees and do a great job of listening to ideas to continue to make Focal Point a great place to work. On a personal level, they also worked with me to develop a ling term career path. If you are hard working and innovative, I would highly suggest looking at Focal Point. They continue to grow even through a pandemic.

Management provides no support or guidance. It's impossible to meet demands without a clear vision of how to succeed. No manager check points.... Leadership spends all of their time on client development and no time on employee development.
