Mark Kislinger, M.D., the owner of this medical corporation, doesn't care about anyone's wellbeing as an employee or patient. Everyone equates to a dollar amount. The managers often make mistakes on payroll, do not make an honest effort to address concerns, and are unable to provide employees' schedules more than 24 hours in advance. I have seen too many coworkers be falsely promised higher wages before or after starting employment, along with fake reviews to wrongfully terminate them. Management wouldn't notify other employees when an employee tested positive for COVID to keep the offices open. Techs are stretched thin and perform tests beyond what is legally allowed. There are countless reasons the turnover rate is high in this company.
