      Pros

      No micro-management - this is really the only pro.

      Cons

      Treatment of employees very circumspect (this is putting it mildly) and chaotic place to work. Almost everyone I worked with quit within 1 month of me leaving too. Bizarre management. Have never worked anywhere quite like it and I hope I never will do again.

      Pros

      WFH, and some company benefits (Healthcare was brilliant).

      Cons

      This company has a real issue with staff turnover. In fact, it is the highest I've ever seen. It is glaringly obvious where the challenges lie. I have seen employees been treated truly awfully by senior members of the company and this means the culture is really unpleasant. There is no team spirit and everyone is just covering their own backs to ensure blame never falls on them, this means that everyone is worried about their job security a lot. There is no clear direction, no leadership, everyone is left to their own devices and no-one really seems to know what they're doing.
