      Pros

      Fora is growing rapidly: just raised a Series C, new hires starting all the time, and continuous product releases expanding the feature set. There are plenty of opportunities to have an impact for our users (both travel advisors and travelers). Founders have real travel industry experience before starting Fora, which shows in their maturity about how they are expanding the company. Employees are stars and genuinely care about doing the best things for our customers.

      Cons

      Rapid expansion causes the usual headaches: priorities are less clear, communication gets missed, single points of decision making become roadblocks.
