Pros
They pay slightly above minimum wage and give you 2g of flower every other payday. They pay weekly.
Cons
Don't bother wasting your time here. Management is terrible. They expect everything of you, while investing resources in everything but respect for their workers. The management team will laugh and chat all day and mess up orders then blame the crew for it rather than own up to mistakes. They don't care about you at all. If you come into the business, don't expect to stay for long, they have a very high turnover rate. They are constantly having people leave. People don't even feel comfortable enough to approach management about workplace conditions or ways that the company can improve. They do not want to hear about it.
