Pros
- friendly staff in the depot I work in - good overtime pay - feel you can go to managers if you need to speak to someone
Cons
- not many benefits including sick pay - not able to have holiday some parts of the year due to nature of the job - feel like we are understaffed in some areas - staff in other depots not so friendly and don’t have much understanding
