      Pros

      There's no doubting this is an ambitious company and there were a handful of people who were very helpful and knowledgeable. Clients always come first above everything else.

      Cons

      The company, being relatively young, is far too ambitious and so much so that it is to the detriment of employees individually. Clients are put first even if it creates divides internally. The atmosphere within the office is cringeworthy but more importantly there is a huge amount of unprofessionalism which flows throughout all departments. I know of at least one person as well as myself who used to work at Red Apple and felt the same way as I did even though we were in different departments.

      Pros

      Great company culture, flexible work environment & exciting projects. The people definitely make the agency. Loads of talented folks who are both good at their jobs and lovely to be around. Really good experience overall.

      Cons

      lack of diversity and stubborn management. despite the overall comradery, there is a general lack of diversity especially in some departments and lackluster attempts from the owners to make real change. internal structures can be disorganized. the agency grew a lot over the past few years and there have been some growing pains.

      Pros

      Red Apple Creative's culture, at its core, is very simple - work hard, play hard. The Red Apple team is small (but growing quickly!) and is full of hugely talented individuals, who enjoy nothing more than producing innovative and creative work day in, day out - and then celebrating their achievements together. This ethos is echoed from the top down, from senior management right through to office juniors, and it's the fact that these values are shared across the company, regardless or rank or seniority, that makes the culture of Red Apple Creative what it is.

      Cons

      You rarely have a slim to-do list, projects are fast-paced and high standards are expected at all times. These are not necessarily negatives, as everyone shares an ambitious outlook, but it can be challenging!
