None whatsoever. If you value your sanity, mental health and career then avoid.

Cons

Toxic culture, you need to be a "yes person" to fit in. Management can't take a counter view/opinion. Mandatory in office time painted as for collaboration even without any co-ordination with the team - you just need to be in for the sake of being in. Presenteeism at it's finest.

So many managers and so crowded for a 2% job. Everyone is trying to prove themselves with showing you bad. They are more like politicians than engineers, if you expect promotion you need beg to management.

Scatter gun approach to recruitment with no induction or training on commencement. Favouritism is abundant but other departments may be better to work for. Extremely heavy workloads with no recognition
