The facility is an unkind environment for both employees and residents. COVID really hit this place hard and low staff number takes it toll. There an expectation that you'll be willing to skip breaks, be at two places at once, and spend entire shifts (sometimes even beyond that) doing dishes in the unventilated dishroom. While the employees who work there are some of the hardest working people I knew while also trying to maintain their good vibes, a rare few were very acrid and actively hostile to others. Overall, It's not a good place to work or send your loved ones.

They would work short staffed on purpose to save on money. Co workers were not friendly. There was no structure CNA's do whatever they want, show up whenever ,leave whenever. ALWAYS SHORT STAFFED I'd offer to come in on days off too and they wouldn't let me. Supplies is a joke always out of something
