It’s a job. Cool office I guess.
Cons
Borderline, potentially abusive practices. Leadership preaches one thing to the outside but inside is a different story. Don’t fall for it. Plenty of great companies out there that treat clients and employees well (and offer benefits)

Excellent base pay, unique opportunities to serve a high-end clientele, smart and motivated coworkers
Cons
Heavily bureaucratic leadership model, limited opportunities for advancement, minimal/no benefits, limited schedule flexibility, unattainable standards of perfection, employees are defined for their failures, anyone who isn't a white Christian male will feel out of place.
