I have no cons as I am happy

Dishonest about bonus scheme, no colleague gets this. Micromanagement is extreme. Have a lot of long term core staff but that hides a massive turnover of anyone outside the clique. Like most RC frame firms they have unrealistic expectations centring around programme and the labour required to finish on time. What seperates this firm is despite having no input in Precon or Pricing, uniquely its all your fault. Mistakes made by your predecessor’s also your fault. In fact the main utility of the ever changing new staff seems to be the convenience with which the noose fits around their necks.
