2.5 years later still waiting for our first "yearly raise". Most of my best coworkers have left since foundation partners took over. Their positions are still empty while those of us left struggle to keep up. Forced overtime and no work and life balance. I can't tell is the company is bad or just so disorganized. Bottom line is stay away.
Communication from leadership is poor. Pay is not competitive. No work/life balance.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear this about your experience at Foundation Partners Group. Staffing for a business with uneven demand and 24-hour customer needs can be challenging. We are working hard to balance the needs of our team members and the families we serve to ensure all are safe and their needs are met. We would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you about your work/life balance situation and compensation in person, so please reach out to our Senior Vice President of HR, Julie Judge, for a confidential discussion. Thanks again for taking the time to leave this review.
More work life balance than typical funeral homes
Decent health insurance options
Cons
-Pay was "very low" according department of housing and urban development
-we were critically understaffed and corporate initiated a hiring freeze, tried to prevent any overtime, and threw a company-wide pizza party instead of adjusting salaries for cost of living
-denied the advertised sign-on bonus
poor communication from management, corporation does not maintain current funeral homes even though they keep buying more, different employees are held to different standards
