Opportunity to learn about blockchain and work alongside talented people

Leadership at the company doesn't really know what it takes to run a tech organization and constantly demands more for less out of its employees. At a certain point, the pressure gets to people, puts everyone in survival mode, and results in an undercurrent of hostility that makes it nearly impossible to collaborate or coordinate.
