Four Twelve Development Reviews

I was offered a position at Four Twelve Roofing with a signed offer letter and a confirmed start date. Before accepting, I made it clear that I had another offer and would need to give notice at my current job. I returned the signed offer by their deadline and prepared to start. However, just one week after returning the signed offer—and before the agreed start date—I was informed via email that they no longer needed me. This left me in a very difficult position, having already initiated my exit from my previous job and turned down another opportunity based on their offer. In my opinion, this behavior demonstrates a serious lack of empathy and integrity. Rescinding a signed job offer without cause or consideration for the candidate's circumstances reflects poorly on how they value people. I would caution others to be wary when dealing with this company, especially from a hiring and employment standpoint.

Everything...from top to bottom. No leadership, poor management, racism, cutting corners, non-compliant in every aspect.
