where to begin Negligent HR team who aren’t fit for purpose appalling managers who throw you under the bus at the first opportunity they purposely make it almost impossible to receive a pay rise even though they pay the worst out of every jeweller i have ever worked at minimum wage to sell rolex is laughable Luxury this place is not couldn’t be further from it the stores are run down some with thread bare carpets and wall paper feeling off the walls the in house jewellery repairers are pathetic and you will regularly have issues with repairs completed by them the jewellery is all foreign made in china crap which you will be expected to sell as if it was the royal jewell’s and falls apart years later or even months overall this is the he worst company i have ever had the misfortune of working for and strongly recommend CHOSE A EMPLOYER WHO CARES ABOUT YOU FRASER HART DONT CARE YOU ARE A NUMBER AT MOST A DISPOSIBLE NUMBER AT THAT AND YOUR MADE TO FEEL THAT WAY FROM DAY ONE !

You ocassionally run into clients that are more difficult than others, just like in many other customer service careers. Just keep in mind that they're not really upset with you, but at the situation. Treat clients respectfully and calmly and you'll receive the same treatment in return.
