Bonus structure is very poor. High unrealistic production goal with no smart strategic vision set for the company. If you raise a suggestion or question on inefficient process in place, you are being ignored or been placed on PIP. Management do not value employees’ input and chose to do thing that they believe have been working in the past 20 years. This place have high turnover on staffing because management do not value their employees input. I would stay away from working for this small company. I am not sure how long they will be in the industry but this is not the company for me.
