      Pros

      Remote working was probably the only good point.

      Cons

      The company underwent a series of geographically motivated restructurings, eliminating entire functions only to rehire for the same roles internationally. This reflected a lack of strategic direction, with leadership frequently appearing indecisive and making critical decisions with little more than guesswork. Meanwhile, the tech team operated without clear priorities or alignment with the broader organization. Communication was minimal, and work was often dictated by personal interest rather than business need—if any work happened at all.

      Great startup for long term plans

      Pros

      Good people overall, friendly vibe in the team. You get exposure to interesting projects, accountability for the processes and learn fast. Management is approachable most of the time and ready to talk to Juniors too. Dubai office (great location and people) Backed decently, so plans can be long-term

      Cons

      Sometimes things feel a bit unorganized, like priorities change quickly (like in most Web3 companies) Processes can be confusing and not always clear (though if you raise the issue, top management is keen to intervene and solve) Quick raise can be challenging as the company is in building mode, but if you work hard will be recognized.

      Chaos from day one - shouldn't be allowed to employ people

      Remote work, huge potential, average Pay

      Cons

      No structure, chaotic leadership, zero job security, zero transparency, this organization lacks all the principles that make a great team. We all spent very little time working there before the CEO's were removed, complete departments were let go and its all crumbled. The irony is, they had the right people from the start but the wrong leadership.
