A decent starting point I guess if you have just come out of uni in terms of office experience and if you want to gain exposure to lettings management. - You get annual salary reviews -Annually the company have two paid outings for staff

Where do I begin? - For a small organisation individuals like to group together in cliques and are not very welcoming to new staff if you are not within their team. -Toxic personality traits of some managers/team leaders (particularly in Ground Rent department is overlooked)instead such traits to be sanctioned -People like to display their personal attitude problems in the office place under the disguise of workload stress as if all employees aren't in the same boat. -Hr? well there is no HR apart from one person, so most of you personal queries i.e holiday request/bonus review have to be chased constantly as only one person makes up the whole HR department. - Higher management and directors don't really care about how their employees and are more concerned with maintaining their property portfolio in order to keep receiving their management fees. - Quite a hostile and dreary working environment/ team culture if I am honest -The salary is not great
