Pros

The break room was nice.

Cons

There is no room for promotion. I had three different managers in a 3 year period. The first two were fired. I left before I saw the 3rd leave. They only hire managers and supervisors from outside the company. Most managers I found to not have any actual experience in the medical field. Our teams were often left in the dark as management members were hard to contact via email, and they were in "meetings" several times a day that would last hours. It was very corporate, Very little engagement with patients, toxic corporate culture, a lot of useless meetings that could've easily been an email. A lot of talks, but very little actual communicating. There were lots of talks of doing new things, but these new things were never actually put in place. You were constantly asked to work overtime. Two supervisors that I know of, left and found employment with a similar company with better pay and much less stress, which prompted me to leave. When I told my manager that I was leaving, she made an appointment with HR to have a threeway call and then proceeded tell me I was no longer needed. I promptly forwarded HR the recorded phone call I'd had with her previously. Not sure if she was reprimanded for that or not, as I made that day my last.
