Pros

Semi Flexible, but with constant messages and emails to your person phone on non working hours

Cons

Contradictory training and direction from emails and phone apps. No true training in person.. Severe micromanagement from target and fresh support management. Zero support and training from management. Constant criticism despite in-store work success. You will not get a raise. In fact they lowered the starting pay $2 an hour from when I started.

Pros

Job is very physical, if you love to work around flowers and Be creative it can be satisfying, its what you make it.

Cons

Management has favorites. Very confusing , I was interviewed by a Supervisor in Arizona and the position was for Colorado. Thought I had a part time job and it ended up to be seasonal. Minimal training. If you have experience in this type of work it would benefit you.

Good Pay Flexible Work by yourself

Cons

-Bad Management -Says one thing does another -Will always be on your case about things -We're told to follow planograms, but then told if we don't have enough room or if the store chances it go based on where to put the product. Business structure needs work.
