      Pros

      Everyone is treated like part of the family. The team works hard but it’s a great culture with a diverse workload. That’s why people stay at Frogmore for so long - most more than 10 years. The directors are kind and very experienced professionals. A truly diverse team.

      Cons

      A traditional approach with old fashioned values - timekeeping, integrity and hard work - doesn’t suit everyone.

      Highly entrepreneurial ethos, collaborative and collegiate atmosphere. Range of assets and activities makes for a diverse and nimble approach. Autonomy to take ownership style mentality at mid-level incentivises to push boundaries and explore new ideas - maximising performance.

      A small family like place to work. My co workers were fun and I could talk directly to the directers who were very nice.

      Can get really really busy and sometimes not a lot to do.
