      Pros

      It has truly been a pleasure working at Frontida BioPharm, Everyone here is so very nice. I was looking for a supportive environment to work in since this is my first new job since I've had my daughter. I made a good decision. Do your research, but you won't regret coming here.

      Cons

      There aren't any cons except that the building is really big and it took some getting used to.

      Holdovers from previous ownership make it bearable.

      Cons

      Company has had many layoffs that they have hidden from public. Unstable work environment. Employees are expected to participate in COOs religious cult.

      Pros

      Their company culture is supportive, team-oriented, and comparable to the dynamics of a family. You are expected to do difficult work, but the company's open door policy enhances each employees ability to perform at the level expected of them.

      Cons

      There are no cons that I have come to notice since being affiliated with Frontida Biopharm. I only have the highest regard for the people of the company and the work they do.
