First of all it is not even like a company. The main thing is that if you are given a job, the maximum validity of your job is 3 months. That is the time taken for a project. * They recruit candidates and do a project for around 3-4 months. * After the project is finished, the terminate the candidates. * And then when they got a new project, they recruit some other candidates, do the project and terminate. * They keep doing this in a loop. My advise is don't waste your time in this firm. If you want to waste your time or want some dummy experience, you can join, only for time pass. They terminated me and my 3 colleagues within 2nd week of joining. Because They cancel the project from the client. Do remember one thing When the Project is accepted, you are hired. when the project is finished/canceled you will be terminated. Project is taken - Hired Project finished - Fired. Do take this serious, Don't feel after joining in this firm.
