Pros

STAY AWAY - DON'T EVEN CONSIDER IT !!! NO PRO'S, DEFINITELY ALL CONS...LITERALLY

Cons

* Absolutely NO direction * Absent to NO Leadership * Not Enough Tangible Work * Rude and Dysfunctional Company Culture * Massive, Daily Employee Turnover * Literally NO DIVERSITY * Crappy Old Laboratory Building and Filthy Working Conditions- smelled like dead rodents (they acknowledged it but did nothing about it - incredibly unsanitary for a lab) * Filthy and Unsafe Working Conditions * Cannot Define What They Actually Do * Crazy CFO with NO Personality or People Skills * HR is a smiley, phony smokescreen to what is really going on * TERRIBLE benefits - no vision, little dental, and "company paid" HMO that covers nothing. * Not one employee has worked for the company more than 6 months * This Is The Worst Place I Have Ever Worked - TRUST ME - MOVE ON.

Pros

Good benefits, some really good people that work here

Cons

Absolutely under paid, the company is not doing well and hasn’t been doing well for a while, benefits were really good until recently and now they’re just OK, things change often and rapidly and you usually don’t know until you get in trouble for it, I thought it was because the company was growing but it was going on for years and realized it’s just the company culture, managers are out of touch with what is going on despite telling them, you will absolutely do jobs outside of your core responsibilities and will be expected to not complain and be grateful without any raise, opportunities for advancement or almost non existent since they started doing very poorly, this might be a decent place for someone to gain some experience but not a good place long term at all

Pros

Decent benefits, taco catering average once a month

Cons

Where to begin. Management that values complacency and ignores its employees' suggestions, and is extremely hostile if unreasonable demands are not met. Employees themselves are cliqueish and will deliberately make remarks to management to harm others' careers to ensure their place, while simultaneously playing to the aforementioned complacency. Launching a ridiculous "employee engagement" platform to essentially witch hunt employees for the slightest incidents. HR that does not take action on blatant policy violations unless a senior member of management is out to get you (one lab manager threatens associates to work 14 hour shifts regularly.). Large volume of tests of questionable origin with respect to consent. The list goes on and on.
