If you love books, working for this company is a big pro. Other than that, there is nothing else.
Cons
Big salary gaps. Employees in the senior management roles are paid very high (despite the lack of skills), while the rest of the company are highly underpaid. Favoritism at the workplace are rampant, from the big boss to the managers. No performance evaluations and no salary increases. You barely get any incentive. The office is terrible. You will always feel undervalued in this company.
