Pros
Honestly the people. I've worked places where everyone's technically "nice" but you wouldn't trust them with anything real. Here it's different — collaborative without being slow, fast-moving without being a mess. You get actual ownership over your work pretty early on. That's rare.
Cons
Career ladder is a bit of a DIY situation. No formal structure, you kind of have to figure out what growth looks like for yourself. Fine if you're self-directed, might frustrate some people.

The team is friendly and open-minded. You’re encouraged to develop new skills and try new things that larger corporations often only talk about on LinkedIn! You can genuinely implement your ideas, this is not an old-style corporation. Your expertise is truly valued. Management is always reachable.
Cons
Not really a con, but everything moves very fast. Be ready for constant new processes and workflows, FunnelFox never stays the same and is always evolving. If you enjoy adventure and change, this won’t bother you
