They will not give you good hike after yearly appraisal. 9. No job security at all, They will fire you if you are not useful. 10. No any Product training. 11. They hire interns in very cheap salary to work very hard.

1. Favoritism at its peak. 2. You are no one. When they have no benefit from you. 3. Whatever you see or read given on appointment letter will rarely be followed b y the owner. 4. You have to crave for the things in front of them(salary hike,experience letter etc.). 5. They hire you as a trainee and expect an experienced level of output from you. For them development is like a child game.
