Pros
Being part of one of the most exciting AI companies in the world. It's hard but rewarding work, very intense, but we're trying to solve one of the biggest problems in modern work so it's to be expected. Incredibly talented group of people who are not only smart, but genuinely great to be around. Fyxer look after you well; 3 meals a day in the office, the best tech, gym/sauna on site, all the snacks and drinks you could need, awesome office, fun socials, great product and business
Cons
I'll say the hours are long, which doesn't suit everyone. It's not a con, it's just the reality. You have to be willing to work 12+ hours a day and be online in the evenings and weekends if you want to succeed here. It's not suitable for most people, and that's ok, but if you do join, there is nowhere to hide and you will be expected to deliver. They're very up front about what to expect, but if you can and want to work hard, you will love it here. This feels very much like the opportunity of a lifetime.
