      Dental benefit other than none na

      Cons

      Micromanagement if you are new good luck puntirya ka don. They will judge you at all from looks up to skills. Overworked 6 days a week + MESSY policies, no work life balance you’ll need to be active even your rest day which is nerve wracking.

      Pros

      - not micromanaging - funny workmates - approachable colleagues - dental benefits are supeeeer great

      Cons

      - system is still manual and traditional - they have a new attendance and OT system but HR is still manually counting attendance or hours - owners are very very nice but his assigned management people mahirap kausap, magulo. What he wants are different from what his management people wants. - hmo card is only for diagnostic clinics
