      Medical insurance is good (but about to be downgraded we hear)

      Cons

      Policy of Emiratisation sees unqualified people being moved into critical positions. Safety is compromised every day in every way. Qualified and experienced staff are being sacked to make way for local people who are not skilled or even interested.

      repetitive tasks, really hot during summer and really cold during winter. most machines are in poor condition as the are i think all second hand
