Pros
- New and clean facility, - Interesting dream project - Get to know many amazing people and connections in pharma industry (people get hire and fire or leave) - You always know more than your manager, supervisor, leads and quality manager (opportunity to laugh a lot) - You don't need to have any skills or education as long as you know how to prepare excel sheets and say yes to everything they ask for - Free parking spot - Free washrooms in the building - you won't need to burn energy to use your brain due to strict management decisions (just follow and you get paid) - Good opportunity to get to know the Korean culture - Pushes you to find your next job so fast with more considerations - you have worked in Pharmascience? you will get the job at GCBT if only you send your CV
Cons
- Lack of proper management from CEO to all departments' management, specially the quality director. - You will do all departments' job if you work in QC ( QA, Validation, quality, data review) no matter what position/ salary you have. - No appreciation or recognition or respect to employees - HR is a joke just to obey the orders - No health and safety program implementation - A huge cultural challenge - No flexible hours, no life-work balance (are you 1 min. late? you are in trouble) - Despite it is a start up company and there should be a lot to learn, there is no chance to learn something in proper way since the management does not have sufficient knowledge. - Methods and decisions changes day by day, by changing employees/ consultants/ HR team and even CEO - A lot of discrimination - You will learn nothing and you leave with no good experience - no future for the company if they follow the same lead
