Pros
Flexible working hours. They're willing to work with you. The European based leadership team are very good & fair, it is the stubborn & suspicious mindset of the far eastern leadership that make the company a bad one for employees.
Cons
They're paranoid & suspicious of their employees & it shows, which lowers morale & makes you unwilling to go the extra mile for them. Because of this paranoia they also do not communicate the way that they should, holding back information that is needed to successfully do your job. Of which I was given zero training. There is no internal structure for training, I was given a laptop & told I could figure it out as I went. & unless you're a programmer the wages are not fair. I earn 2-4 thousand less than the industry standard for my position. I regret accepting a job with this company & wish that I had someone tell me the truth about company culture before I began working here.
