RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at GDS Group full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
I have worked at GDS Group, Bristol for roughly 3.5 years in various roles. Over these years, I have learnt a fantastic skill set to speak to senior executives from top global organisations. With training and support continuously each week, I am now able to sell on different product GDS Group offer. By learning these skill sets, I am able to take advantage of the great commission structure offered on top of my basic wage. It’s a great group of talented people around me every day with great rewards that happen for the team to have once goals are achieved. Would really recommend GDS Group as not only the opportunity to earn great money, but the opportunity to be apart of a close group of team mates and leadership who support you in every way possible.
Cons
With the current climate, working remotely is a struggle however managers are always on hand to give advice and continuous support.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at GDS Group full-time for less than a year
Pros
The only pro of GDS is due to there very high turnover they hire 10 new starters every week.
Cons
The whole company is rotton from the core, They have got lucky and grown due to covid and now think they are unstoppable. 1, Management - there is only one person who pulls the strings for meet the boss and she is ruthless and spiteful and lacks any human emtion, She will be the one who interviews you and welcomes you onboard with fake promises of a lavish lifestyle, She came from working in a hotel to bullying staff just for the fun of it. 2, The job itself - You will be lied to and told they are a major tech company providng a space for big companies to network and solve issues. This is a lie and don't be fooled this is telesales in its rawest form, They pay staff offshore in Kosovo to get around gdpr rules and then ask you to hound executives all day and night to get them to join there "Virtual Round Table" then they will spend 90 minutes being pitched to by the sponsor and at the end be hounded again to be sold too. 3, Targets they seem easy but they change weekly and you will be reminded how badly you are doing with 3 meetings a day from a unexperienced pod leader who will tell you "No Excuses" this is the company ethos. 4, Commission - Lack of it, if you perform well they will find a way to not pay you and even if you hit target and book delegates there is still loop holes to get out of paying you and the structure has decreased from £100 a delegate to as little as £20 orZero if a feedback call falls through the gap. 5, Bullying is rife in this place and is not hidden but rather encouraged by the female boss, The people who do well are paraded weekly while the rest are bullied and made to feel guilty they failed to live upto the companies standards. 6, Mental Health - Going back to no excuses this is another one ignored by management and if you haven't had issues before you will by the end of this jon, you will be ridiculed, bullied and they will threaten to sack you if you don't fall in line. 7, Job Security - There is none no matter how long you are there the notice period is "One Week" this is becuase they hire and fire on a daily basis and this protects them, also no one passes probation period and if they reach 6 months they are left go or it is extended. 8, HR - If you have a issue or need help they won't help you as told by the "female Boss" i can't name they work for gds so protect gds, if you have childcare issues remember "No Excuses" Health " No Excuses" Need time off " No Excuses" They turn a blind eye to bullying and harrassment on a daily basis and if you question them you will be fired. Conclusion If none of this has put you off then please read the other reviews to fully understand just how bad this place really is and how terrible the inexperienced managers who have no clue. *There may be a reply on here from a guy who again i can't name saying the comapny is dynamic and fast paced blah blah, He is part of HR but apart from taking a photo copy of your I.D his full time job is managing the bad reviews on here as they get a lot and making fake positive ones.
