C-Suite has no clue about education, want a cookie cutter approach. Punitive and toxic work culture. Constant chaos (which is what C-suite wants) so they feel like they are helping. HR is beyond incompetent - payroll is often lagging Unqualified professionals attempting to educate….. asking questions is not encouraged — the more clueless you are, the more you survive in the toxicity

No one who works there understands how education works. The amount of turnover and continual loss of highly qualified staff should be a red flag for the authorizer. Management surrounds themselves with yes people, who are only there for themselves and not the students. When employees push back, they are met with resentment and termination.
