Pros

Good for short term plans. Steady salary, never delayed, and many times it is transferred earlier than expected.

Cons

Not good if you plan to stay for a while, it will damage your skills and career. No career path or motivation for employees. Low Salaries. Promotions are only for loyal not dedicated people. Very slow decision making.

1. Passports Team is very professional. 2. Good pre-sales and sales team. 3. Normal salaries in egypt but good salaries in Dubai.

Cons

1. Smart solutions managers are fighting with the operation managers. 2. Not healthy environment to work 3. A lot of customers complaints regarding delivery delays. 4. Some customers prefer to terminate the contract because of management issues . 5. Unprofessional ways to manage people.
