      Pros

      -Management is very fair -Korean staff is very kind, knowledgable, and helpful -Payment always on time in full -Free lunches -Pre-set curriculum -Diverse co workers who are nice and respectful

      Cons

      Compared to other academies in Korea, this is a really good one. It's only difficult to work there if you are a difficult person.

      Terrible, Discriminatory School

      Paid on time and good meals every two weeks

      Cons

      A list of everything wrong with this school: 1. Badly managed. Both the kindergarten and elementary schools are badly run. 2. The working hours are ridiculously long. 3. Preference for slim figured white teachers over everyone else. The schedule given to male teachers is always easier. 4. Before leaving, I saw how the discrimination affected the non white teachers. 5. Abusive managers. 6. No guidance or instruction on how to do certain parts of the job. Avoid this school at all costs.

      Staff special lunches and other incentives. Fantastic HR compared to other hagwons

      Sometimes unrealistic expectations... such as especting you to know how to do something you have never been shown. Or unrealistic expectations from parents. Or being belittled by some head management
