      Pros

      Freedom to input your ideas and possibly implement them. Employee's are treated like family. Hours are very flexible, most of the time I would finish work early and get the option to go home. Company's location is great. Benefits are good considering how small this company is.

      They were no major cons that I can think of. I enjoyed my time working there

      bright scientists, great managers, lots of potential to grow in career as company grows
