Cons
The company needs to train its employees, most especially the leads and managers. They have talent and competence, but they will greatly improve if they know how to properly manage teams, delegate, and improve their people skills. They also need to be taught how to trust team members as it appears they are very scared of subordinates or associates overtaking them, so they sabotage their own team members.
