RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at GOGO Vacations full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
There are few places that I have worked that there is such a sense of commroderie and passion toward a common goal! We all work to expand GOGO and grow our individual businesses. There is such a tremendous support from leadership and they do not shy away from the hard work and the hard questions! I have been here a little over 2 years and I can say I have never felt more challenged, cherished, and accomplished. It's hard to leave the job at work because I love what I do.
Cons
The best and worst party of this job is the people. I say this because we are all individuals and sometimes we don't gel so this makes work hard. But at the end of the day you can't change people only how you yourself reacts. This can be the worst part because our reactions may not always be the best.

RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at GOGO Vacations full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
The company does everything it says its going to do and more. We work hard and play harder. Incentives, time off, fam trips, global awards, yearly conferences to exciting destinations that we sell. Flexibility, great benefits and time off. Leadership is honest and forthcoming, nothing is sugar coated. They tell it like it is and keep expectations real. There is an internal "facebook" where thoughts and ideas can be shared with your co-workers across the globe. It is pretty amazing.
Cons
High season can be stressful so you have to pace yourself and go with the flow.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at GOGO Vacations full-time for less than a year
Pros
Decent Travel discount opportunities such as Fam trips, many paid days off. I enjoyed working with the employees around me, we all worked hard together and when we had the chance had good laughs.
Cons
Low pay, low level employees are manipulated into taking the blame for things beyond their control. Management will force a person to take negatives, so their numbers look better. HR is merely a system of Mediation and has no actual power. It is a call center so you must be logged in the phones at all times, expect to stay at the office 30 minutes to an hour after your shift has ended. To make commission you will also want to spend an extra 30 minutes to an hour before or after you shift to follow up with agents.

Great work life balance and wonderful people around you. Everyone works for a common goal and company is changing to the newer market.
Cons
Do not listen to the opinions of people who deal with the customers on a daily basis, no room for growth, pay is okay.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at GOGO Vacations full-time for more than a year
Pros
Working at headquarters can be fun,
Cons
Low pay, unrealistic goals, hard to move up, same group of people are the ones getting promotions or job title changes for raises. Low moral. Pay was same across the country which is not is horrible concept. People in high cost New York or Jersey get paid the same in lower cost states like NC or FL. Not adjusted to cost of living.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at GOGO Vacations full-time
Pros
Your coworkers, able to travel and pay wholsale net rates (if you are liked).
Cons
Low pay, any incentive that seems to work, they take away from you. Mandatory meetings out of town. If you don't go, you're labeled "not a team player". Micromanaged, petty upper management, backstabbing, little or no chance of advancement unless you're not American. Discrimination and harassment within the company. Would give a "0" rating if it were possible.

RecommendsPositive OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI have been working at GOGO Vacations full-time
Pros
good benefits, good pay for the most part, lots of opportunity to promote within, fun trips, overall fun work environment.
Cons
constant changes in pay structure has us losing sleep at night; greatly impacting our wages, changes in leadership are a bit chaotic, seems they are asking for more work for less money. Inconsistency seems to be the motto here and there is a mentality that if you don't drink the koolaid you can't get ahead
