      A couple of bad apples in management can ruin the entire crop

      Pros

      Great culture; compassionate CEO; good benefits; very supportive of community volunteerism; ability to work from home on Fridays; in office free snacks regularly

      Cons

      CEO does not like controversy so he is hands off when there are internal issues going on. He is extremely intelligent, compassionate, and thoughtful but is too easily influenced by what his closest team members tell him instead of getting a fuller picture of what is really going on from all involved.
