      Pay was good, some people were good

      Cons

      Management were an all-boys club from Big 4 consultancy who only knew how to generate time wasting powerpoints. Not the sort of people who should be running a tech start up.

      The odd good egg, but not much more than that

      Cons

      Bad management, ops officer had no idea about dogs. Zero training. Zero understanding. Classic private industry that wouldn’t last 5 minutes in the military with rubbish attitudes toward loyalty/hard work ethic. Only interested in one thing, and that’s not you!
