      You might learn some basic work process if you are completely new to the industry.

      Cons

      The company has one of the most unprofessional management teams I’ve ever seen. There is zero respect for employees or their time. Salaries are delayed without any proper reason, and HR gives vague excuses instead of clear communication. The work environment is toxic — no transparency, no appreciation, and constant pressure. If you value your mental peace, this company is not the right place to work.
